Fokus Pizza - Vilnius

Super friendly and surprisingly super super tasty for a fair price. Ideal to go in groups:

Pizzas (specifically american type) are really good and different than anywhere else, although service is getting progressively worse they're not bringing food to the tables anymore (you have to get it from the bar), and recently they started using disposable plastic containers for sauces (might be for health safety reasons, but still very unecological).

Well to start with, the customer service was awful, we had to place a order by going to the bar desk. So we wait, it took only 12-13 mins for food to arrive, and i know why... To begin with, the base of the pizza was frozen, and i think store bought, it tasted like a cheap baguette, the bottom tasted like overcooked flower and the top was mushy and soft, but wait, it gets worse... The ingredients on top were also frozen, it didn’t have cheese on it, but it definitely had a thing called cheese product, the pickles were so old, im guessing they were from the past era, and the meat was frozen for atleast 2 weeks... I think the head chef is the microwave.... Trust me, your better of with a frozen pizza from the super market. All in all, stay away from this place, have a glass of water intead, it has way more flavor and potential.

Every impression on a restaurant starts with customer service, which in this case was kind of awful: we came to try the burgers they offered for 7.5€ eat as many as you can or want thing. We were told that all the tables were booked, but we can place a booking and they will reach us. After about an hour we were already placing our orders at the bar. Yes, we caught a free table, but they didnt reach us by phone, didnt pick up our call. Food: Ordered an American pizza burger pizza which sounded the most intereting in the menu. All we got is a supermarket level frozen pizza, which we all know how tastes and what kind of products or i would say meterials are used to make. The pizza base was something simillar to a loaf of white bread, but gummy and ofcourse frozen before. Skipping the pickles, meat and sauce which resambled macdonalds chemic sauce the most awful was cheese. Thing that was called cheese in the menu was nothing but so called cheese product or cheese tasting product and had texture of play doh (modeline for kids to play with). There is so much bad to say about the food that i can only say that the only proper thing was the overpriced botte of coca cola.

Very poor.... so called american pizza is actually a hot sandwich, that you make in a microwave at home. And of course overpriced 6.5 eur for a half of such tasteless title...
