Worst customer service.. Money minded.. BIG LESSON for me...Trusted and tried first time and got cheated up.. Serving different item than the special menu.. Menu to be precisely reflected as per actuals... After strongly condemn.. They reversed BILL AMT for Fish fry which was highlighted as TANDOORI FISH.. Also rest of food was below average. Especially Mutton Biriyani was Poor. My only question WHY DO THEY NEED TO GIMMICK CUSTOMER BY WRITING WRONG ITEM IN WHITE BORAD KEPT AT ENTRANCE........... Beware to STAY AWAY.. Walk-in reputed NV restaurants located just beside.

We went late evening around 10pm We had ample parking Biryani wasn't available that late. Had fried rice, naan and chicken gravy. Items all were really good and order was taken bit late but food was on table pretty quick. Staff were good. I seen ppl having lassi it looked good I haven't tried

We went to eat around 3.30 PM.. Restaurant was almost empty.. Biriyani was not good and Tandoori was also not cooked very well.. So we called the waiter and gave the chicken back to them.. then they prepared and gave to me like a masala chicken.. Over all not good..

Very bad customer service. They write special items in the board and giving different item in the order. Manager and server is behaving rude by throwing the food plate in the dustbin when asked for reason. They don't even show the basic respect to the customers. Server is saying he informed only tawa fish..but no information given. Also why do they want to trick customers by writing 1 in special item and serving different item. It's total CHEATING.

Worst experience ever ! We visited on Sunday we waited 40 minutes after they took order just for kusuka and tandoori ! No one to welcome, guide , no proper service , food Quality was worst and it tasted so badly! Never experienced such a worst dining experience! They call it Ac Room but it was damn hot n we were sweating! Don't ever visit it
