Au Vieux Tilleul - Villeneuve-sur-Yonne

This is a nice restaurant right at the Canal Castle. The food is good, uncomplicated Burgundy cook, simple, tasty and balanced with reasonable portions. Prices are appropriate for cooking. The wine list is short, but decent and they have good beer. Service is good. It fills up so likely to book a good idea.

This small restaurant, right on the quay in a beautiful historical building, does not offer any hair, but surprisingly good food. It is nothing special, and the appetizers and desserts seem to be always assembled instead of made, but the nets are fresh / well cooked and it is a good value for money. The elections are very limited, but even if we are a bit fussy according to French standards, we always seem to find something we like. There is no wine list, but the choice of about six wines is perfect and again, great value. Service was good and we enjoyed the terrace during this visit. I wouldn't go here for a special occasion, but I wouldn't hesitate to eat here again.

The weather was too bad to eat at the water, but the room inside is nicely decorated. It's a pity you have to go outside for the toilets... The food is fresh and delicious, good engraving and more. The set menu has a good choice at a very reasonable price. I recommend this place.

Time was too bad to eat at the edge of the water, but the room inside is beautifully decorated. Too bad we have to go out for the bathroom. The food is fresh and tasty, good gravlax in addition. the fixed menu offers a good choice at a very reasonable price. I recommend this place.
