Following the advice of the counter clerk, I chose two already composed bowls: salmon tartare and poke love. I can't complain about fresh produce and quality proteins. I will definitely come back. I didn't like the poke at all. The ingredients like tuna were not good at all and didn't smell good. Raw rice. And the other things didn't match the description on the billboard like mushrooms and chips.
