Charming place but €12 a pint: once, not twice.

No opinion on the establishment since not stayed but on the communication. After 1 reservation, request for additional information by email, then by telephone but no response and never called back. Faced with this silence, cancellation of reservation made by email but credit card improperly debited in full!! Reimbursement request sent by email then LR+AR but not immediately!!. Not at all serious, incompetent, contemptuous, does not take requests into account. Avoid for this aspect.

The first impression is deceptive. Super nice people, small rooms but quiet and special. The food was great and the bar in the evening was great. Rooms: Small and very special but already quiet.
