Bidrage med feedbackMy breakfast sandwich was burned. Hard as a rock! I couldnt even eat it! Their selections on food is poor compared to other tim hortons. Tried to call to complain. No one bothered to answer the phone.Parking: This form is not acceptable!
It seems no matter what I go here. It's closed today is Wednesday's. The third closed 2 o'clock. Any other time closed by 230 I don't understand why it's always closed. Gotta be one of the worst tim hortons i've ever been
I enjoy Tim Horton's coffee but my experience at this location is NOT good!!!1. There is no consistency in their drinks or food. I order the same things and most times they taste and are different.2. Specific requests to my drink/food is often times not followed.3. Yesterday, I ordered several items. Per the App offers, the vanilla latte was supposed to be $2 (I was charged $4.79), the donut was supposed to be free and I ordered just a sandwich (I was charged for a combo $7.69 so charged for a donut as part of that). When I brought this up, I was told that it was just how it rang up and they had no control over that!4. Today, I order a latte and per the App offers it was supposed to be $2 (I was charged $4.79). I brought this up and their immediate answer was that offer was valid after after 2 pm and I needed to read the details!! I was so frustrated, I just asked for my latte and left advising them that I have had so many issues there and I was done with their Tim Hortons location. There is no time limit on this!!!Very frustrating and I won't go back there. Overcharged, orders not correct and bad customer service.
Sunday morning, roughly 1030am my girlfriend and I roll into the drive thru. After being stuck (because it 's a drive thru with no exit lane) for 10 minutes. We finally put our order in to an employee who sounded very impatient and then waited another 15ish minutes to pay only to wait for another 15 minutes at the window to get our food. We were handed our drinks and then told we were all set, we had to remind them we had order a plain bagel with chive onion CC and a farmers wrap with sausage as well. We were then asked twice again what we had ordered only to eventually get the wrong food. We recieved a raisin bagel with plain CC and a farmers wrap with bacon and no chipotle sauce. The employees seemed stressed and even maybe a little unmotivated. It 's a cold and rainy Sunday morning, I get it, but most of all they seemed to lack basic direction. As an experienced manager myself, I can easily recognize the problems going on on the other side of that drive thru window. It was barely organized chaos. After spending $18 and roughly 40 minutes of our time to not even recieve an I 'm sorry about that wait, have a great rest of your day ...needless to say I 'm pretty dissapointed and the Sunday staff needs work. About 3 weeks prior to this, I came here and again had recieved the totally wrong order after a hefty wait time. This location used to be very pleasant and convenient...it is no longer.
Dropped in for a couple coffees and some muffins to celebrate an event. Apparently we had on our invisibility cloaks. Two employees and manager were walking back and forth behind the counter and didn’t even acknowledge our existence!? Only one was serving a drive through customer and there were no in store customers. We were just about ready to walk out when we were served.Just a heads up to reinforce how important it is to look up when someone walks into your space! ?It ended well a fresh pot of coffee and a “have a nice day!”
