Dunkin' - Village of Ravena

Nobody has ANY customer service skills here. They don’t get orders right. They seem to be out of whatever you’re asking for on any particular day. Even if it is mid-morning. When you go through the drive-thru, they ignore you. You might wait 5 minutes before someone takes your money. They don’t greet you, they don’t say “have a nice day”. They don’t address you at all. Will never visit this place again. Absolutely appalling.

Stopped by on my way to work, left early specifically so I had enough time to make it to work. Ordered a vanilla coolatta w/ whipped cream, 2 chicken roasted pepper wraps, hash browns, snackin' bacon and a classic doughnut. Pulled around and was handed a coolatta with no whipped cream, politely asked them to put some on which they did. Then was handed the wrong order and when I expressed it was the wrong order, I was then served a attitude which I also did not order. I handed them the food back and was told to pull around and come inside, when inside they started asking me if I was going to keep the food I was given and then accused me of having the wrong order still inside my car even though I had just given them it moments ago. Then some other employee rudely told me that they had my correct order the entire time? I left and was now not only late for work but without a doughnut :

The owners are a joke. They doc the employees’ pay, often make them work overtime but won’t pay them for their time. FYI this is a private Dunkin, owners don’t even know how to work the stations but sure as hell can’t point their fingers around!They force understaffed teams of 1 or 2 to handle BOTH front counter and drive-thru, which is impossible yet they are ignorant to the fact.The petty customers don’t have two brain cells to rub together, are entitled, BEYOND ignorant and understanding of any and all common sense. Snatching and picking fights with the hard working employees. Absolutely terrible conditions!!
