Sweet Beet Bistro

Had an excellent meal at Sweet Beets Bistro last night. The seared tuna appetizer and scallops entree were superb. Everything was full of flavor.

Attended the Lighted Tractor Parade and the wonderful aromas emanating from Sweet Beet Bistro quite literally drew us away from the parade into the restaurant. The food was delicious! We had the meatloaf with blueberry sauce and the cider chicken. Not only were the mains well prepared, but absolutely every item on the plates was flavorful and contributed to the overall quality of the meal. Ingredients are locally sourced. Wines by the glass were well chosen. Desserts were totally worth saving room for. Passion fruit Creme brulee, lemon curd pavlova, chocolate pot de creme...yum. Service was excellent without being obtrusive. The chef/owner checked in with us and was lovely. We sat at the central community table and this added another layer to the experience. It was fun meeting and eating with new people. If that isn't in your comfort zone, there are also typical individual tables. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will absolutely return.

I felt really lucky to get a seat at the community table on a Saturday night! The salad special was fabulous! The chicken entree was filling, fresh and nicely presented. Would definitely return. Loved the chocolate desert!

Fresh farm to table Delicious!!!!! Reasonably priced! Best red curry I ever had! Here as often as I can!!

We came to Greenwich for the weekend from NYC. The food is delicious!!!! We went last night and again tonight and we will be back tomorrow. We had the Chimmichurri Shrimp, the Thai Coconut Shrimp and Zucchini Linguine. We also had a Cheese and Charcuterie platter. Everything was outstanding, fresh and flavorful. Authentic farm to table. The owner JoJo was such a wonderful hostess.
