My mom's diner (Christy's Diner) has used felix roma for years now it stays very consistent as well as the quality . Staff driver's are amazing to deal with as well. I would recommend Felix roma to everybody.

Felix Roma Bakery Endicott, NY This is a negative review, Mark Ryan admitted the baker's negligence by setting these small steak rolls on a tray that had not been cleaned after seeded bread was placed on it prior. The pan was contaminated with prior seeds. Sounded like this occurs often. I am sure I am not the only person in the world with diverticulosis! So these seeds attached to unseeded steak rolls placed on this uncleaned pan. Well, for myself it was life threatening. I am a diabetic and eat low carbs to treat this disease without meds. This time I decided to treat myself to a small roll used with french dip. I ate a roll on Tues., and went to eat another the next day, the roll package was lying upside down, I saw huge seeds on these rolls. Oh no!I freaked. I have Diverticulosis, and was told over ten years ago, next attack they would have remove some intestines, colostomy. I do not want that, and examine all foods very carefully. These rolls, no seeds visible, none in ingredients. Never turned over pkg. to check back side. Who would?So I ate one Tues, saw seeds Wed., excruciating pain on Fri. Afraid to go to ER due to pandemic.Suffered all night in pain, could not eat or move. Gave in went to ER Sat. during pandemic. There for 5 hrs., CT scan, many other tests, given IV to help pain in the hospital. So now I incurred 65. ER copay, 50. in meds to recover at home. Special liquid soft foods, 43., Next phase if special foods 37. So all this 2 weeks of pain and suffering could had been prevented if the baker at Felux Roma cared enough to clean the pans before unseeded rolls were placed on them. I contacted the Felix Roma and Son's rep Mark Ryan, who sent me 3 certificates for 2.79 each.They are careless, and need to pay for the unnecessary expenses I incurred due to their known neglience. I am a senior on a fixed income. This incident was not handled properly, apologizies cannot replace the pain, suffering and exlenses I experienced for over 2 weeks. Felix Roma caused me. Not to mention I had to go to ER during a pandemic, while I am at risk and do not go out into the public. It was insulting the way this life threatening situation was handled. Offering me 3 2.79 coupons.They owe me reimbursement for the costs above I incurred.

Excellent pizza and bread. We always take the extra trip to enjoy a good Italian bread!
