Bidrage med feedbackStop putting the gluten free items back with the regular items! I go to wegmans SPECIFICALLY because you have a great gf selection, and have it in a dedicated aisle. Now you’re incorporating it into the rest of the store, and that makes it harder for me to find the safe items I can eat, AND it runs the risk of the food no longer being safe to eat. If you put my gluten free flour next to regular flour, it can cause cross contamination, and I can get really, really, really sick and end up in the hospital. You use to be a great store, and a store that cared about it’s clients. Now you’re just acting like an overpriced grocery store who couldn’t care less about it’s clients. It really makes me want to not shop with you anymore, because I don’t want to run the risk of getting sick. Plus, you already moved and made the gluten free section smaller so you could put flowers in…. You aren’t a florist, don’t get rid of my specialty products over some dumb flowers that smell horrible and look tacky
The sub shop is ridiculously overpriced. Half sub is 8 bucks! You want it toasted? Another dollar! They put a half piece of cheese on there and weigh the amount of Turkey so you don’t get an extra ounce. I had them put the lettuce on the side but so not worth the money.
I visit this Wegman's about once a week late;ly. Today, they were out of eight of the eleven items I came in for. Their pasta hos gone up 20 cents, from .79 to .99, as have a number of items I usually get. I purchased and paid for a $2.99 pkg of Reach dental floss with listerine. This used to be 1.99. When I got home, it was not in my bag and I was very angry. Another issue is that each time I am in this store, the same man is there in the dining area. I watch him select a newspaper near the checkout. He then carried it to a table and walked over to the soup counter. He overfilled a med size container. picking out all of the good contents for his bowl and took two pkgs of crackers. He took these to the table, and walked over and helped himself to a beverage. He paid for nothing- none of it. He is there each time I shop! He is tall, in his late 60s, not usually wearing glasses. He looks around each time to see if he is being watched. So, can the oh so helpful woman wandering around the store, asking shoppers if they are finding everything (she asked me three times in four rows) wander over and watch the dining area for this thief? It blows my mind.
Was quite disturbed entering the Losson Rd store with a sign about mandatory wearing a mask only to see several adults without a mask. Cmon Wegmans , you really should not post a sign if you’re not going to adhere by your own policy. This is not the time to let this happen.
Ordered a cake with buttercream filling. Received an email confirming the order and noticed it said custard filling. Called to make sure they did buttercream filling and was told it would be. Cut into the cake only to find out it was wrong! It had custard filling! Third time in the last few months that we issues with ordering from the bakery.
