Perfect way to finish the afternoon trip in Cold Spring, NY. You stay fairly late open to the other ice shops in the city. Usually until 9:30. Sure, the staff are a bunch of high school kids, but when we were there, they were more than friendly and helpful. C'mon people, when you were in high school and made minimum wages, you were a little confused and not all that concentrated. Some reviews and tips for the staff need to light up and about themselves. The ice is fantastic! It was so worth taking a walk to this place before you go to the station for the ride home. Looked like 17 or so flavors made daily every day, and after sampling a bunch was torn over which to be denied. They were all so good! We went with cherry vanilla and salted caramel. Just wow. It is a small place with some spots to sit inside and a few spots on the deck outside. You can also go over the street to eat it on the water for some great views. Both were simply delish and super creamy! Really, the cherry vanilla is fantastic. Also the portion size they give you is ridiculous and so much filled on a cone! Great value for the price and way it is worth. After the first sugar rope, I went back to town on the train. Oh, and they also offer an option to a bucket size portion. Next visit I only have to accept this challenge....

This ice store is a great location just from Main St and the Hudson River with many benches to sit and eat your ice cream. You can't go to the store and order through a window and there was a line outside because of social distancing. I always enjoy a good butterpecan, and it hit the place. Who loves i cream not

Delicious ice cream and sorbet, often very busy with long lines. Directly opposite the water, so an ideal place to take a treat and sit and relax.

Moo Moo Creamery! Delicious ice cream spot in Cold Spring. Popular spot so be prepared to wait but totally worth it. Normally they'd have a crazy number of unique flavors but lately with Covid-19 they've been a bit limited. Dont let this turn you away, all their flavors are amazing. Recent I had a chocolate pecan ice cream that was awesome, and my wife had a mint Oreo ice cream she really enjoyed. The nearby promenade by the river is also nice to enjoy when the weather is nice. Also the staff are being good about masks and gloves and safety and social distancing so you can enjoy your ice cream with peace of mind. Go check them out!
