The Rooster Pub And Pizza

The workers were nicer when I came in store and let me know they made the wings wrong. Since I couldn’t wait an extra 30 mins I took the wings but when I got back to my room to eat them the wings were extremely dry and no sauce. I called and asked if I could get a refund but the mama fee kept talking over me and interrupting me without trying to give me a solution that could fit my needs. Honestly it’s better to go to Barbers grill and tap next door for better service and food.

The food was OK here but the service was terrible. I had to repeat my order 3x which probably could have been avoided if the dude taking my order had bothered to take out his air pods while I was ordering. We ordered a 2 slice combo and ten wings. My boyfriend got his food in ten minutes; when I told the person who brought out the food that I was waiting on my wings he said I think they 're in the oven . Great. So we waited 30 minutes, meanwhile the person that took my order looked over at us multiple times, saw me clearly still waiting for my food and trying to get someone 's attention, and said/did nothing. Then I came up to ask again and they had no idea what I had ordered, told me the wrong order and I had to correct what they told me because apparently no one even put in the order yet. Then some dude came out from the back with an attitude about the combo doesn 't come with wings . So I had to reiterate we ordered a combo AND wings... They had to put in my order again because no one had even started my food yet. Finally the dude comes and throws my food on the table with no words and no acknowledgement about how I waited ~40 minutes for my food, and they had given me bleu cheese when I asked for ranch at least 3 separate times. That wouldn 't have been a big deal by itself but after all the other nonsense, all over ten chicken wings, it was a bit frustrating to say the least. It seems like the kitchen and register are being run by a bunch of dudes that either have no idea what they 're doing or are too stoned to have any idea what 's even going on. Possibly both.

Family owned and so nice and sweet, I really enjoyed being here and just the energy from the owner and his daughter was so good.

Never going back here again. Food was decent but owner was an absolute freak. Constantly yelling and horrible customer service, possibly the most impolite man I’ve ever talked to. I would never give a guy like this money again. Owner Sat at bar and drank the entire time and then got aggressive. Complete joke. I would recommend Perri’s pizza down the road, way better prices, food, and people.

I have had Roosters Pizza delivered a few times now, it is phenomenal! The garlic in the crust is a nice touch, there is no shortage of pepperoni on top either. Roosters is definitely my favorite pizza joint by far.
