Papa Johns Pizza - Villa Rica

Had a lot of people there since it was super bowl Sunday but handed me wrong order had to go back in 3 times to get it right.

Called for delivery. Simple, stuffed crust alfredo pizza and twix candy bar knots. Delivery was fast enough but, the delivery guys began questioning my payment and the tip. After telling the two delivery people that everything was paid for and the tip was included, they left. Brought the pizza in along with the twix candy knots and found the pizza hadn 't been cut and the twix knots tasted burnt. I called the Villa Rica store and eventually got to the manager. Steven was very nice and apologized for the mishap. Telling me that it was door dash delivery people and he would speak to them. I am wondering why papa jones can 't employ their on people rather than some second hand delivery service. The fact that the pizza wasn 't cut at all and the burnt twix knots really had nothing to do with the delivery people, (that is the stores issue) However, I did not appreciate being questioned about my payment much less my tip. This time of year I tip extra because we are all in the same economic place. I appreciate people who are trying to make ends meet. Steven told me that I would have a free pizza and whatever knot choice available for the next 30 days...really? I didn 't receive a number to use or told any way to collect this 30 day free pizza. So, I am to assume that the next time I decide to order a pizza the employee is just going to accept it? I haven 't ordered anything from papa johns in such a long time because of the price of food and delivery and everything else these days. But when I do, I believe I should expect quality for my money. $34 and change for what I recieved is well below par. If this is the way Papa Johns wants to run business, I don 't think I 'll be back. This is very similar to how Dominoes lost a long time customer, well before Papa John 's became popular here...

Why would they send a burnt pizza to anyone!!!! Then the guy acted like he was mad because I called to tell them about this burnt pizza they sent to my house.
