Mcdonald's - Villa Rica

Since new management has taken over, the food and service is way better.

I ordered two happy meals for two 3 year olds. Drove home to find neither meal had its chicken nuggets, tried to call but it says there number is disconnected. I drive back and have to deal with a rude manager who dosent even redo the happy meals just hands me nuggets and now I've got cold fries since it took 30 minutes to correct there mistake. These restaurants are getting so slack. I guess the owners are busy going on vacations using money from there overpriced food. Not a good experience at all

I haven’t eaten at this McDonald’s in a while since I found a bone in my chicken sandwich, but I went back a few weeks later for the first time and they somehow managed to put my fries in the bag upside down so that they would all fall out while taking my food from the bag. I don’t understand why the prices keep going up but the service and quality is going down.

2.5 isn't an option but 3 will do. Food is fast food an it's just that but almost as dry as dog food if im being honest. Year after year it keeps going down. We just want the old stuff and ways back.Kid-friendliness: They cater more to the children on menus and atmosphere but no where near as they used to
