Ralphs Fresh Fare - Villa Park

Not the best service today....I know they are re-doing the floors there..very dusty.....the lady who bagged our groceries..pretty much smashed things..cereal, sugar...the bag ripped..and the masa bag opened..got all over my other things. Hot dog buns squished..yikes . Oh well..just a liitle ricked off

Digital coupons did not show on the receipt so paid extra even tho I down loaded them on my phone.

Their employees are helpful and friendly. They had everything I wanted and their prices are ok.

Terrible deli service. The employees seem so unhappy.

Recently I visited this store for the first time. I Was impressed by the cleanliness of the store and the helpfulness of the manager. Cindy, helped me find what I needed. I ask her how long she had worked for the company and she told me 45 years. It is rare nowadays for people to stay a job and do it well for so long.
