Sunflower Vegetarian - Vienna

Absolutely incredible eating experience. The fantasy roll was legendary, the jujube tea was amazing, they had the best general tso sauce ever and the vegan confetti cake was amazing! Service was awesome as well, Annie even quickly came outside to let us know we had left our bag of food on top of the car. I'm heading back in for more as I write this review!

Believe it or not, this is my first time eating at an all vegetarian restaurant! AND it was a great first experience! Everything we ordered was delicious the meat alternatives for Crispy Happiness and General Tso's Surprise were veggie-beef and veggie-chicken, and the dumplings and spring rolls were all veggie! They don't do dine-in yet, only takeout, but they do have a few tables outside to eat. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a

There is no way to rate this place lower than five stars! The vegetarian food here is consistently excellent, so much so that we drove a couple hundred miles just to dine here. It has been the best vegetarian restaurant in the DC metro area for over 20 years.

My husband and I went to Sunflower for our first date in 2009. We returned for our first anniversary and recently visited again to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary, despite now living out of state. The friendly service and exceptional tasting experience remained consistent. Thank you for commemorating these special occasions with us and being a part of our journey! ????

Our first time here and recommended by my girlfriend whose not even vegan. Great service and food. We went with our server's recommendations and were very happy. Portions are large enough to share so get a couple and try! I forgot to take pics except for the chocolate mousse cake and key lime cheesecake!
