Food Corner Kabob House - Vienna

The chef did not wear a mask, gloves, or hair net, and I observed him wiping his nose. Despite the busy atmosphere indicating good food, I ultimately asked for a refund due to the unsanitary conditions. The staff did not react positively to my request for a refund.

The food here is delicious, but it seems like they don't clean the kitchen frequently because the flavors really shine through.

I ordered a gyro and a combo of chicken and shami. Both meats were dry and the gyro had very little meat on it. The meal did not feel fresh or clean.

Excellent food and service. My partner and I have made a meal here a weekly occurrence. Not a single meal misses. We have been slowly expanding our selection and haven?t tried anything that wasn?t phenomenal. The staff is very friendly and cares enough toremember you.

I have no comparison to any other Afghani food, but I?ve had the pleasure of working living in and around the SW Asia/Middle Eastern gulf region. I had the ?Super Jumbo (Combination of Quabili Palau and Chalau served with meat sauce and one skewer ofeach Kabob, Shami, Chicken, Lamb or Beef)? and I will tell you what, it was well worth stopping in here today! The Owner evengave me a sample of the ?house soup? while I was waiting for my order which was also so very good.
