Box'd Kitchen - Vienna

Box’d Kitchen reopened with a new owner and new employees. Food is greater than before, and bubble tea is amazing. I read a lot of bad comments about the previous owner and his customer service. Now, you do not have to worry about hurting your feelings. The new owner was very kind and nice, so I felt very welcomed. The food tastes pretty and has enough meat, rice, and salad. I will definitely come back to try other menus soon. If you come to the Mosaic District area, this is the place you want to come to enjoy your meal and drink.

This restaurant is permanently closed. there are no signs informing of this on the restaurant, but it is now always closed during working hours with lights off and a gentle layer of dust building. RIP i went to this place when i was too lazy to go to halal guys

It wasn't bad I did like the sauce in the salad could have had more veggies

Ive been to this place a few times and just once I was somewhat greeted. The owner usually has this nasty attitude making you feel like you are are asking him a favor for his food. I have decided that ill never come here. If your esteem is low enough then tge food is actually pretty good.

Customer service was amazing!! The free boba promotion was very kind and great surprise! I appreciated the owner and staffs friendly attitude!
