This place is not well know locally, but the food is great and the kids love it

First time eating from this place. Worst bbq sandwich hands down no sauce,didnt even get the order right. At this point you gotta wrap it up cause this is ain't bro.?

??Was in town for work ordered to go. Worst Dickeys I’ve had. The “pork” was questionable to say the least. My meal was cold. Meat color was off and texture was off. The bun was completely soaked soggy. I couldn’t even finish it. My “sweet” tea was also most certainly unsweet. ? pecan pie was a blob wrapped in plastic. No utensils for to go. Pretty disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Service, food, and environment were great for my family and me! We were a party of 5 and got there an hour before closing. The manager and other employee were helpful and kind to me. Not only did they serve us with grace and kindness but also informed us of the arcade room in the back that is FREE for customers!!!! Wow! This was a great place to stop and was not a mistake. I would not complain about the price of the food at all! This was worth all $73.31! Kid-friendly, small but quiet, and better than a fast food grease hamburger.P.S. did not get any pictures of the food because we were that hungry. It was eaten by even my picky eater of my son.3 meat plate hit the spot!!

Edit: Both corporate and local management have reached out to resolve the issue with my order. Disappointed. I love the meat but the rest of the store is always hit and miss. Per my DELIVERY receipt the messiest and smallest sandwich (does not look like a quarter pound as it should be) I’ve ever received from this store. I did ask for “saucy” but that doesn’t mean a hot mess I can’t touch. I also received green beans I won’t eat and didn’t order, bread I didn’t order, utensils I didn’t order, and the potato salad is clearly from Walmart. The potato salad is a frequent issue with this store. I’ve never had this problem at other Dickey’s. They run out and buy from Walmart claiming it as theirs, but theirs looks completely different. How do they run out every week??? For multiple days???When I called the store about the drink (because the delivery person allegedly asked for the drink and was told there wasn’t one), I was told I could come pick it up. I ordered this delivered! I can’t go pick it up. The gentleman on the phone offered me a dollar credit but I don’t need a credit. I need my drink! He seemed very much like this wasn’t his problem, it was my problem. He wasn’t rude, just didn’t care. After paying the higher delivery prices and tip, I don’t think expecting my drink is too much to ask for. Very disappointed.
