Over promises, under delivers, under performen. here for quitting services. Originally looking for only one dress and starts to explain that she offers it all. ok, great, a stop shop right? So I supported with my original decorator for services with la isla big mistake) she had among other things a lot of articles for the ceremony, but were far too expensive. ends up to progresso mexico and found what we needed to cost 2\3 less. several times when I went there to touch the basic, she always had her son in the memory of the load, so it was hard to get in face contact and update progress when the date comes closer. to others quitting to whom my daughter was invited, and la isla made some of the work and the letters that write out the name with light were very dimmable and not even dimmable. so far not impressed and had worried me. I spent $500 extra to have our venue available on a Friday to help her make the things with ease, so if the dinge weren't right, she would have an extra day to make it right. now we were unhappy with the colors and we asked to replace the chair cover with another color and she didn't want to because she already paid someone to do what was already here. we rented a photo water fountain, but my daughter image was not ready when she came down on Friday, and wanted $50 extra for closing her business, the Saturday and gas, because she couldn't find someone to take care of the load and her son could not do it even though I saw him only 95% of the time when I tried to touch the basic with her in the last months. but, wait for her to come by Saturday to make our fruit table right? wrong. She had someone who did it for her, so no she doesn't do it all. even if I didn't rent the venue on Friday, what would she do on Saturday? drive here to decorate. so she would have to come down on Saturday, and that's the idea that she had 2 more quitting projects on the same day. So, by paying for Friday extra, she would have made a jump of much easier on Saturday. the decorations were underwhelming. the main table smiled with the rosen decorations. the tablecloths had a lot of folds. the chair in which my daughter sat was dirty and must be washed out as she had food and others in her, before use. when I sat my daughter first, my daughter almost fell back. she did not sit on her designed table and instead sat at the round tables with her yard. the decorations were small glass vases with flowers and small LED lights. they have not been illuminated at all and honestly looked very pitiful and unacceptable. the tables looked so dead and boring. Luckily our original decorator was still on this day and last day, they notice that they washed, ironed chair covers that looked much better. she decorated the deck, as well as much better, larger decorations that really stood on the tables. she also had brighter letters that really highlight her names and say that this is her night. So overall, I do not recommend the isla for their quitten needs. to do a quitting is not cheap and they want great results for a big sum of their hard earned money. her daughter is only once quitting and they need someone who will go beyond and beyond and will do whatever it takes to make her one and only day special.

Must buy a dress and last minute I call and she says she will wait for me, so I have a dress for cinco de mayo beautiful products and clothing

Would have made my daughter pinata here, loved, personal is friendly and professional. was able to get my order quickly and on time. communication with me and my order was also great.

We ordered one of the green COVID pinatas for my son's 12th birthday. We messaged them through Facebook and they quickly had one shipped to us in Oklahoma. I ordered it over the weekend and it arrived by Wednesday. It was exactly as pictured. It was thick and a group of 7 12 year old boys had multiple turns each whacking at it before it finally busted open! the person who messaged back and forth with us was prompt and courteous. tha k you so much, your pinata was the hit of the party!
