You can taste fresh grilled fish airlifted from the local fish market in Malta. They sell sea bass, red snapper, and sea bream. The price is fixed by the market price, so if you are lucky, you can taste it for as little as 20 euros. I recommend the red snapper. First of all, the grilled fish, which is about 25 cm long, is a good way to attract everyone's attention. The flesh is firm, and a little salt makes it even tastier. Staff service is also top notch. Stop by from time to time during meals to check if you need anything. There is a Korean-friendly clerk who is very kind.
