Yua Japanese Bistro - Victoria

This was the best sushi I have ever tasted. It didn't need to be covered in soy sauce and wasabi because it was incredible on its own. You could taste the care and attention to detail in every bite. They even offered vegan options! The staff was fantastic and so was the atmosphere.

At Yua, don't expect vegan sushi to be simple and boring. I was amazed by the presentation and unique flavors. They offer options like beet, grilled or marinated inari, rolls with beet, avocado, and pickled beet, as well as plantain inari, grilled carrot, red paprika, okra, and aubergines. The vegan menu also includes a lot of seaweed. While it may be pricier than other places, the quality makes it worth it.

There are a plethora of delectable choices available for vegan diners at this restaurant.

This sushi restaurant is definitely my top choice. The level of detail and quality of the food is exceptional. The variety of options available is impressive. I highly recommend it.
