Bidrage med feedbackAlways been a fan of Ramen and to have found this place it was awesome. Went in there late at night it wasn't busy so it's nice and the place was quite, comfortable and cozy. The food was nice I enjoyed it and the service was great as well had a lovely time with my friends.
Probably the best ramen I've had outside of Japan. Rich flavorful broth, and properly cooked noodles. I hate overcooked noodles with no bite. Great and quick service.
A good place to eat ramen and drink a little cocktail at the same time. I wasn't a fan of my chicken ramen but it was my choice however I loved my son's, this restaurant is open quite late which is convenient! I recommend even if I find it a little more expensive than elsewhere
Went with an acquaintance who was treating me and the food and service is exemplary. The egg chashu is on point; my favorite is that this place offers kaedama (ramen noodle only refills) which many other ramen shops here in Victoria does not provide. I really hate wasting broth but sometimes I don't want to drink straight out half a bowl's worth. With kaedama, you feel more satiated and the extra helping of noodles soaks up the extra broth so whatever's left is less salty and rich which makes it easier to slurp down. Next time if I were to go with my usual friends or alone, I'd skip the matcha sake. Nothing wrong with drinks dessert but in my personal dime, I would rather order two different types of ramen and do kaedama on both; to me it would be a better value for a good experience. Now I know why this place received accolades on their menu. Definitely will try to come back here more often even if it's a little out of my way for errands.
A ramen restaurant (obviously) in the Chinatown district of Victoria, just north of Swans pub. From the outside, you might expect a small place with a few booths, but once indoors, you find it's a good-sized restaurant with many tables. They offer the usual selection of ramen dishes, but if you don't want to eat the usual large bowl of ramen, they offer smaller bowls during happy hour (4-5 pm and 9 pm- close). The shio tonkotsu ramen was excellent, as was the citrus ramen I had as a salad. Surprisingly, for being located downtown, it wasn't crowded with tourists, a plus for me. It's a very good spot for ramen in Victoria.
