Nice little cafe on Selkirk water way. Amazing selection of foods and great coffee at a reasonable price! Indoor and outdoor seating. Highly recommend.

I was at Sol cafe from 10-4pm on a weekday. The staff were really nice to accommodate my request for the day at a corner table with a view. Their food and drink options are plenty and tasty. I want to specifically mention Keith for his wonderfulhospitality.

What a lovely surprise! In the area for a chiro appointment and stopped to grab a coffee. They have way more than coffee! We will be back soon to pick up a prepared meal from their freezer and/or other fresh baked goodies.

The food here is extraordinary. A wide selection of diet options (including vegan, milk-free, gluten-free, vegetarian and good ol ' carnivores). Beautiful variety of desserts, pages and daily menu updates. The service is also fast and friendly. Very recommended if you're in the area looking for a high-quality family-run business that takes care of quality at affordable prices. You put yourself in zero waste and environmentally friendly options like ' bring your own container'.
