Rachel's Cafe - Victoria

I tried the matcha cake and bubble tea with black milk tea. I really enjoyed the small white pearls instead of the large black bubbles! The ambiance is very relaxing with a great selection of music.

What a charming restaurant! The food and drinks were delicious, and the atmosphere was great. I will definitely be returning.

I had a pleasant experience at this small business and gave it 4 stars due to their excellent customer service. I would definitely come back if I am in the area again.

Nice staff and lots of options for desserts and drinks. Salty cream tea is a delicious.
