Discovery Coffee James Bay - Victoria

Excellent place for a locally roasted coffee and locally made doughnuts and muffins. Aside from the sweets they also have an egg bun, which is scrambled eggs in a hand made bun with cheese, it comes in regular or spicy. Has indoor and outdoor seating. Shady side of the street. The staff are really the great too.

My favorite coffee in Victoria. Simply delicious. Plus they serve Yonni's donuts and the best morning egg bun!

Great coffee and tea selections. The service is always pleasant and friendly. At the Menzies location in James Bay, there is limited low seating for wheelchairs. Parking is available but nothing is designated as wheelchair parking. There is a level access to the shop but the door is not automatic. One issue is that all the food offerings are overly sweet with glaze and/or icing. If you have a sweet tooth (which I do not! , you'll love it.

The Yonni's doughnuts are so delicious, and go great with the coffee. A nice crema topped Americano is my choice, delightful!! Some baristas add a little more love into making the drinks
