Bill Mattick's Restaurant - Victoria

I had high expectations for this restaurant due to its high prices, but I was completely mistaken. The staff was disappointingly dismissive of our needs. The food was also underwhelming and not worth the steep prices. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Be cautious when dining at this restaurant. My family and friends went for dinner and ordered the Fish and Chip dinner for 20 plus. The chips were overcooked and looked like pretzel sticks, while the fish portion was extremely small - about 1.3 oz and the size of half a regular cell phone. This issue had been brought up three weeks ago, with promises that it would not happen again. Unfortunately, the promises were not kept. It was a disappointment and ruined what was supposed to be a great evening. Out of all the amazing restaurants in the Victoria area, this one is not recommended. Proceed with caution if you decide to dine here.

I was extremely unimpressed with this restaurant! The staff and management are a complete disaster. In Germany, we say "the customer is king," but that doesn't seem to be the case here. The restaurant was also dirty - I was seated next to a garbage can and they refused to move me. My grandma even got a headache from the awful smell! As for the food, it tasted like it came out of a freezer. I do not recommend this place at all. Unfortunately, I cannot give it 0 stars on Google, but if I could, I would.

Beautiful relaxed atmosphere surrounded by plants and green on the terrace. Good food. The oregano chicken with olive salsa and lots of vegetables was very delicious.
