We are traveling thru to Texas from Raleigh, NC. I called in an old world pepperoni and when my husband went in to pick it up. They gave him just a hot n ready pizza and when my husband told him. The guy told him that's what they made for my order and it's their old world pepperoni pizza and charged him that way. My husband didn't want any issues, so he paid. Stay away from this place.

Poor service. There's not enough help. I couldn't get waited on inside. Can never know when it open.
STOP GOING TO THIS LOCATION.I ordered 1 stuffed crust pepperoni at 504 pm on the app. It was supposed to be ready between 450-455 pm. I arrived at 505 and my order was not started until I arrived. The looks on the 2 employees faces said that they already gave it out. So they disappeared and then said I'd have 2 wait.It took 5 times asking if i was the customer. Finally the acting like I'm a manager employee yelled at me saying I was the damage customer.. I asked to be compensated for having to wait. I said I'd either like a refund and the pizza or a cheese stick at no cost. Response... u can have a drink...The response... its not our fault. It don't automatically come down for us to make it when you pay.I understand that it takes time for computers to talk to each other. It's not my problem if their computer system is outdated. At their own admission, they have had orders that were timed for a much longer make time for the customer than my time that didn't pop up for them to make BEFORE the customer arrives.I could not speak to the store manager as the I wanna be manager used her phone to contact the Store manager and was the in-between between the manager and myself. I asked for.the district managers name and number. Store manager replied after wannabe manager put her phone on speaker: 1-800-Little-Ceasers... A LIE TO A CUSTOMER!!!And this has happened TWICE now, where my order was not ready-given away to someone else. Thus the reason for the compensation request.The wannabe manager need to learn how to handle problems a lot more calmly.
