Local with large spaces just outside Rovereto. Menu with lots of choice and at lunch also with dishes of the day. The pizza is delicious cooked in a wood oven and you can choose between various types of flour. As always, I open the review by remembering that what follows is the result of a personal experience and has no promotional or disparaging purpose towards the activity and the professionals who conduct it. The place looks good: spacious, perhaps a little chaotic but well-kept and clean: at the end of the evening, however, you leave smelling of food (although not excessively and this meant that one star was lost. The offer is amazing: there is everything and more with meat that comes from all over the world (but not Italian? and a wood-fired oven for pizza. The service is a bit lost due to too many customers but the waiters are all very kind. The prices are dizzying: crazy even with all the mitigating factors involved. Apart from the pizza, for less than €30 each you won't eat anything at all. To be honest, it must be said that the chef's hand is truly valid but does not justify those prices. I can't say that I would go back because it's expensive but, if you want to impress someone in the eyes and belly, the result is certainly guaranteed. Located just outside the center of Rovereto. We stopped for pizza. A gluten-free pizza, a normal dough, 2 proseccos, a medium beer, total €40. Excellent value for money. Contemporary style pizza, not Roman as reported in some reviews, still good. As far as gluten-free pizza is concerned, it is a base, but a good one.
