I order 2 pizzas via Glovoo, at 9.53pm. Estimated delivery between 20 and 45 minutes (I chose their pizzeria also based on the delivery time, which turned out to be the fastest compared to other pizzerias). I wait up to 50 minutes and then I try to contact them by calling the pizzeria 23 TIMES, in which I have not received the slightest response. They even turned off the phone at the 21st call. I then contacted Glovo, they told me the order was correctly issued and that the pizzeria's couriers would take care of it. Disappointed, at 11.06pm, then, we decide to have dinner with something improvised at home (another damage) and we go to rest, after having obtained the refund from Glovo. Surprisingly, we received a call at 00.23 (yes, exactly, at midnight and 23 minutes) from the courier of the pizzeria saying that it was in the street near ours. Embarrassing. This is the only suitable term. On the phone the tone was very arrogant because we obviously refused the pizza. Too bad, we really wanted those pizzas. Nothing else to add. Ottima pizza, ottimo impasto, ottimi ingredienti e tanta passione e amore per questa professione. Ecco perché scelgo a trapani questa pizzeria rispetto ad altre, anche perché soprattutto non mi rimane in lievitazione dentro lo stomaco causandomi problemi a digerirla!
