Bidrage med feedbackNancy's is not to be understated--the service on both the delivery pickup side and the dine-in area are consistently good. Staff makes it a point to interact with you in a way that is genuine and doesn't sound like a script, which is a type of care that echoes the care put into the delicious foods they produce here. The experience at Nancy's is the perfect endcap for families celebrating any occasion, from a recent birthday to a winning season for the little leagues, and everything in between.Dining is clean, staff is prompt and courteous, and you won't be disappointed when you come here to dine. My wife and I were very pleased, and the customers around us were visibly pleased as well. Our server, Ms. Chan, was also very awesome and we enjoy her character and her attention to details. She's awesome, Nancy's is awesome!
Best pizza in the area. Very consistent. Problem was my wife's sandwich came 20 minutes before our 2 pizzas. Way too expensive. We had 2 small pizzas and a sandwich...$95.00 plus tip.
This was my first time here and my last. We arrived at 2:30 and at 3:30 we still didn't have our pizza. The waitress told us it would be another 10 minutes we told her no thank you and left at 3:45 without eating. For this to be my first visit and visiting the city I will never go back.
I ordered a pizza near closing time last Thursday and it wasn't made correctly. I called the very next day to report the issue and it's been 5 days with no response. The pizza is very expensive not to be able to eat it. They put chicken all over my pizza and I don't eat chicken and extra cheese that I didn't ask for. Soo much son bought choked on the cheese ? It shouldn't take this long for a refund I sent over pictures of the food to the Manager last Friday
I order from Nancy’s all the time via Uber Eats. On a couple occasions I ordered xl pizzas and ended up with large instead. I called and brought it to the attention of the manager at the time and she told me whenever I’m near the store I could stop in and get an extra large pizza. I’m never on that side of town but today I was about a mile away so I called to ask for the pizza. The owner had a note under my number but it wasn’t “enough” information for her to understand what a previous employee wrote in the note so basically she wouldn’t honor it. Why lose a loyal customer over a pizza? I wasn’t asking for anything free, they screwed up the order a couple times and i just wanted what I bought. It was a year or so when the employee annotated the account but during that time I continued to buy lots and lots of pizza thru Uber eats. I’ll just have to find another pizza spot. My telephone conversation with the owner really made me feel like I was asking for something when it was her company that made the mistake on the order…..twice
