Ihop

Found ants crawling on our table, but quickly figured out where they were coming from. The syrup bottle attracted them because apparently the syrup was not completely wiped clean on the outside of the bottle from the previous customer.

We love coming here for brunch. They have gluten intolerance pancakes that are yummy. The staff is general nice and the facility is clean.

My food had hair in it. I had 3 different plates of food and each one had hair in it even the butter had hair sticking out they dont wear any hair nets or gloves. Very

1. First cook of doublebacon cheeseburger was overcooked after I asked for medium rare strike 1. 2. Redo of double bacon cheeseburger was sent without bacon.....kinda a significant problem.Redo of the burger was cooked medium at best still not what I ordered.Ihop still cannot or will not cook a burger to the customer's request.Waitress sent a non verbal signal that it was time for me to leave.....probably already knowing she was gonna receive a low or bad tip. When you don't communicate the customer's order to the cook.....that's what is expected to happen. I was NOT gonna wait another 15 mins to have them cook a simple bacon cheeseburger for a 3RD time.For both burger cooks , the fries were not hot either time a surprise result bc they were busy ....Parking: Parking lot is small.

One of the best Ihops I have been to.Highly recommend
