Domino's Pizza

The older guy here is the most nastiest stranger that I’ve ever met. My whole order was made incorrectly, but he acted as if he was doing me a favor by remaking it. I ordered through the app, so of course I’m expecting to pick up my food and go straight home after a stressful day. Even so, I was not rude about the situation. This is my second time having an issue with this male. Any other time that there’s someone else in charge, I never have an issue with my food or service. This guy should not work around people with that nasty energy.

If I could it would get no stars. I swear I hate this store. This has been the worse experience I have had with any Dominos store. If they not rude, they hitting on you when you get to the store, and they consistently mess up my order. If they get my order right, then its burned, then I have to get a store credit instead of them fixing it right the first time. Sometimes the ingredients aren't fresh and other times they just don't care how they fix the pizza and it looks a hot mess. I take full responsibility for even coming back and giving them another chance but I will never make that mistake again ever. I have truly learned my lesson, I will never deal with this store again. In all the time I have been eating Dominos this is the worse store in history. And to add to this the store is not always clean. Never again. But I will stick to the one I have been going to and take that ride.

I would like to recognize Zach and Peter for their outstanding customer service. They truly went above and beyond the call of duty. I came in at 12:30 midnight with an issue with my pizza from earlier that day and Zach resolved my issue without hesitation. Peter was also very helpful in helping me resolve another issue that I had with a previous order from January. He took down my information and forwarded it to the proper person. Overall I was very impressed with both Zach and Peter. I will definitely ask for them both by name the next time I come.

Always clean, always professional always fast.My family has been frequenting this Dominos for more than 20 years, even when it was located across the street.Don’t let the man-Karen’s dissuade you with their reviews complaining about to little pepperoni or they had to wait a minute or two.Just grabbed 2 cheese pizzas and a chocolate lava cake! Delicious Sunday dinner.Parking: Ingles lot.Kid-friendliness: A neat window with step so kids can watch a pizza be prepared.

If I could give this location a big ZERO, I would. There is a new manager there; he has probably been there for less than a year, and he is RUDE as hell; not customer service skills whatsoever, and they take FOREVER to make the pizzas. Today, he was there by himself with an equally RUDE employee, on a SATURDAY, go figure?. By the reviews of others, I see we all agree the place SUCKS...I don't even know how is it they are rated at 3.7 with all these 1 stars they have on here. I live two miles away and rather would go to the other side of Douglasville going forward.!!!???
