Bidrage med feedbackEven though there were only two vegan options on the menu, this restaurant was the best place I had eaten at on the island. The vegan curry was amazing, and the restaurant would fit right in in Soho.
We absolutely adore the vegan menu at Gott on the Western Man. After some amazing adventures, we indulged in their healthy and delicious offerings. The cozy atmosphere and fresh meals were filled with nutrients. Highly recommended! Check out our vegan journey through 21 countries on Instagram (@forgoodnessseyks and @ForGoodnessSeyks_Foodie), Facebook (For Goodness Seyks), and our blog at ForGoodnessSeyks.com/blog. We were hosted for this visit, but rest assured, this is an honest review.
Such a great sound in the small town. I'd give it five if I could. they had an amazing veggie burger (they use a beet powder from indien as binding agent,) a vegetable casrole with cocos milk, a vegan aubergine lasagna and several spelt wraps that can be made vegan. the owners have written several cookbooks. also many gluten-free options. it is also a charming room full of upcycled furniture and decorations.
I have only been to God once, as it is not easy to get to Vestmannaeyjar, but if it were, I would visit regularly! You can feel the cozy family vibe, although it is not overly fancy. There are limited options for vegetarians, but I enjoyed all of them. A few of us tried all of the soups and stews. Hopefully, they will have an all-vegetarian menu someday! Five stars!
