Terrible service. there was no change and no withdrawals. the waiters had to go to the Milky Way to find us takeaway cupaways.

A cute little store, you have to flag down help and wait but the service received was good. The waitress was really friendly. The drinks were refreshing. I would however suggest you relook your drinks menu especially for the hot days in Durban...everyone is looking for smoothies or more drinks with crushed ice...like your iced coffee, frappes, smoothies etc.

This place used to have such friendly staff. Yesterday I felt invisible as I waited inside(where the till is). I asked for a menu so I could order a takeaway coffee. I was ready to order as waiters just rushed past me and ignored me. They all saw me standing me there but they kept conversing with each other. It wasn't that busy. Disgusting attitude. Hire people who actually care. And I was so wanting to try the coconut mocha with honeycomb too!

Terrible service. I was appalled. horrible food from this branch. Great venue if you want to spend the entire day waiting for a burger. 15 mins to be served. 50 mins for food to arrive. Expectation was a succulent gourmet burger as experienced from Broadway branch. Reality was a pet mince/soya dehydrated flavourless patty with 2 missing ingredients as stated in the menu. Called for manager, he took another 15 mins to arrive with a cooked up story that they sell 20+ of these burgers a day with no complaints. No discount or compensation for 2 x R99 burgers. Requested for the bill and received it 10mins later with additional items on it. Absolutely Pathetic! A R25 street burger is more promising.

My previous review of this Fego, which was over a year ago, was 1 star. I returned this past Sunday morning. Reluctant, but I didn't want to drive far to have a late breakfast.I can say that I am glad. My waitress was sweet and attentive (I think her name was Kayla). Foods were prepared well and were tasty I had a surprisingly delicious omelette, all while taking in the lovely and tranquil view of the Sibaya garden.I left happier than I arrived; keep up the good work!
