Martha's Place - Verona

Update! I was shopping in Richmond and decided to stop by the same fun sports bar with another hockey game playing. Unfortunately, I did not win.

The service was excellent, with the convenience of a service call button available when needed. The bar food was decent, making it a great spot for social gatherings and watching sports.

I am quite disappointed with how they handled the performance today (Oct 29).

Marthas place is now closed. New owners have taken it over although the menu appears to be mostly intact for the time being. The new name is Muddy Waters. I got the Eggs benedict for breakfast and they were great. The prices are very reasonable and the service was great. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

The food was excellent and the service was quick. The restaurant could use a little sprucing up. Hopefully the new owners with scrub and clean everything before they open under new management in November, We wish Martha well as she retires and heads to Spain for a much deserved rest.
