The Wave Kitchen - Vero Beach

Beautiful resort with outside dining area, cocktails were really good and food was casual. I would definitely return for drinks on the beach!

My son and I had eggs Benedict. A favorite of both of us. We arrived with only 5 minutes before they stopped serving breakfast. When we told the hostess we were there for eggs Benedict she assured us she would ask the kitchen to wait for our order. The food was fresh and delicious. The hollandaise tasted home made. The atmosphere is very modern and upscale. The bathroom are very clean and elegant. Situated right on the ocean, the view is beautiful. I'm going back.

Had the seafood paella—excellent! The Cuban style skirt steak with chimichirri was delicious. Server recommended the sautéed local organic mushrooms—highly recommend!! Overall great experience!

Only had some drinks but Patricia the bartender was awesome!

We enjoyed breakfast out by the pool with an ocean view. Husband had the omelet with ham, peppers, and cheese and a side of sausage and fruit. It was the best sausage we've ever had. I had the avocado toast with a poached egg, micro greens, tomato, and a side of berries. It was all DELICIOUS. I had a cafe con Leche with almond milk and that was really good too. Definitely a great spot to come without the kiddos for a relaxing breakfast.
