Starbucks - Vero Beach

I never have complaints about my drinks or customer service at this location. However, it is often dirty at the tables and absolutely not a quiet coffee shop to sit and work or read at. Music is always blaring and feels like you are at a rave even at 0730. I have come at several different times of day and music is always ridiculously loud.

DO NOT TAKE A CUP from the drive-thru, without a sleeve or double cup.The cup was way too hot to hold and I dropped the coffee and it burned my hand and the side of my leg. My fingers are blistering. Never had a problem until today. They give some excuse about the standard. The customer needs to ask for a sleeve. In the two split seconds, I was in front of her at the drive thru.....there simply wasn't time. Terrible

I bought two cups, both of which I chose not to have ice, but they filled both cups with half a cup of ice for me!

Best Starbucks in the country. Staff always super friendly and helpful. I’m tech challenged and they patiently showed me how to use the app. I’ve been going there ever since. Not one bad

Asked for oat milk in my drink and was given regular milk. i am extremely lactose intolerant and cannot have dairy. i took one sip and knew that there was dairy in this drink and now i am suffering for it. non dairy options are not a flavor preference for everyone, some people genuinely cannot have it. coming from someone with barista experience it is not difficult to put the correct ingredients in a drink. please be more considerate.to clarify, my drink said “oat milk” on it so it’s not like they took my order wrong
