Every time we work the same young man alone and say they are made of milk cookie and reese?s. He has an attitude and is not kind at all. Cant welcomes customers. If you pay with the card, he goes away when you have to sign. Go back and stay there. Look, I get it all bad days, but this has been three times. I think we'll go back there right away. It's not as good as it was.

I called Rita?s for help so I could treat my mother who lives in Florida I was helped by Molly who was so sweet and helpful, she didn't like my questions were stupid they helped me and it was very nice of her! Thanks to her, my mother enjoyed a nice ice cream, it's the little things!

Customer service was amazing, girls behind the counter treated me and my mother with nothing but kindness. My mother asked for something that was not in stock and she was not rude about it at ALL. Milkshakes were very good. Absolutely come back.

The Gelati was really delicious, but the staff at this point did not welcome us when I came with my family. The girl who worked at that time made us feel hastily and was not at all kind. The open character was switched off well even before closing. Total great product, but unprofessional staff and welcoming atmosphere

Italian ice is decent but guy working the past few times weve been here on Sundays has zero customer service. Also, store doesn 't open on time and he walks around doing nothing whole we wait outside and place is randomly closed in middle of shifts with sign at bank . He is certainly not helping with business, we left after a while of him not acknowleging us outside.
