Online order , I ordered the food at home . Took me 4-5 mins to drive there . Order wasn't ready , waited an additional 15 mins at the pick up window . The lady ignored me but talked to all the white peoples who was at the window giving them their order who came in after me . 15 mins later the black lady comes from the back saying you been here a while . Did you order , I said yes my name is she says your order was here . Sitting behind the pink pickup tray where I couldn't reach . And the name was facing the other way . So the black lady says I'll make your coffee fresh . Mind you my almost 6 dollar maple bacon had been sitting all that time getting cold . I should have gotten everything replaced . While the black lady talked to me the white lady who ignored me a black person took her tired looking ass to the back and stayed . I guess she thought I was gonna cuss her ass out . Moral of the story racism is still real . She can wait on the white people but ignore me who has been standing there the longest out of everyone . And I know the **** saw me she can't even play like she didn't SMDH . I'll think twice before buying there in the future . Online order should take 20 mins . And people just pulling up getting they food first when mines was ordered already.

I would reccomend going to a different dunkin donuts. As far as this location, I've given up. Every time I'm there, someone has an attitude. Ordered a chai latte this morning and got a cup barely more than half full. All I can taste is steamed milk with a hint of chai. Seems they forgot the one thing that makes it a latte, the espresso. There are much better places to spend your money.

Went this morning to make purchase inside. 1 person ahead of me, no other customers in store. No one address me, no one come to counter where I am. All the jelly donut holes look like a pile of mush.
