This place used be very quality but lately we are getting incorrect items than what we ordered or the drinks are getting nothing but watery with no substance. On top of all these, their customer service is getting worse by the minutes and attendant is always in the back come out half sleepy and not greeting you properly and speak from two sides of her mount.....Be Careful as this joint is only interested in taking your money but not provide the right product or service.

Worst service ive ever experienced, these scammers made me pay 5 dollars for boba with no tapioca,even though i asked, and it taste like regular 2% milk. scammers

Love: the freshness and smoothness of the soft serve. Wide selection of not only soft serve here, but also bubble tea and espresso drinks! Interior is very cute and trendy too. It 's one of those Instagram worthy places with photo opps. Like: the variety of toppings that come on the milk soft serve treats. There 's macarons, syrups, candy, cotton candy. The Sweet Home concoction had chocolate and caramel sauce with sweet and salty Chicago popcorn mixed in it. Very unique creation! Dislike: note the soft serve cups are smaller than you think and what you 'd expect from the Yelp pictures. The cups are maybe 6oz. It 'd be 8oz at best, and for the quantity, paying almost $7 for the treat is a bit steep in my opinion. The soft serve wasn 't as flavorful or distinctive as I was expecting. One of our treats had a macaron, and we chose the cookies 'n cream one, but it was quite bland and a bit staling. Might come back if in the area and craving something sweet but not too heavy and indulgent.

Taro milktea doesn't taste anything it's like water with tapioca. Very disapointing.

Holy mother of Jesus this place is good!! Come here and have a party in your mouth. Ambience 10, service 10, ice cream 10!! Came here after my son won a championship for his club basketball tournament and talk about a win win!! I had the Sweet Home soft serve which came with caramel and Chicago style popcorn. I licked the cup clean it was that good. I ordered my wife the Mango Tree which came with cotton candy, green apple sauce, a chocolate stick, and mango cubes. She licked her cup clean too. I tried it it was frickin amazing! My buddy had the Milky Cube with a piece of honeycomb, again, yum! The secret is their milk ice cream. Its the perfect mix of creamy, soft, sweet ice cream. I wish they would open one in OC. If your visiting Chicago like us and are looking for a good after dinner desert or snack this place is so worth it. Hat's off Milkcow. Great experience!
