The Calzone Macaroni Co - Vernon Hills

I truly appreciate the effort that this restaurant has put in to accommodate for gluten free allergies/diets. This is the only place I've visited that can do a gluten free calzone! Much one, that tastes amazing! The mac n cheese is pretty incredible as well. I can only eat here about once a year since I live out of state, but I look forward to it all year round.

It was our 1st time here. We had the veggie mac n cheese and the meat lovers calzone. We loved them. While we where there they had a buffalo chicken and lobster mac n cheese not picked up. They let us to try them. Left them an extra tip in the jar. They where all good but the lobster one was the best we recomend it.

The service was great, friendly helpful staff. The food was delicious the servings were plentiful. Next time ill go with a larger mac I ordered broccoli and bacon and it only had a few florets but otherwise no negative feedback! I would definitely be returning and highly recommended

First time ever at a location and was pleasantly surprised. Never knew quality Italian fare could turn into fast food. Sort of an early lunch but the venue was empty with the exception of a father son waiting for their takeout. Dining room stayed empty throughout our meal which worried me because I like seeing businesses boom especially on the wknd. Food was delicious, went with a pepperoni-sausage mushroom calzone, wife went with a wrap, daughter had the Lobster Mac and my 6-year-old boy had pasta with red sauce. Only thing I noticed different was no meatballs available. Venue was clean/sanitized, prices seemed reasonable and customer service was top notch. Highly recommended and will definitely come back here!

Small establishment hidden in the plaza by Vernon Hills. Although the ambience isn 't anything special, the place is clean and staff are attentive and kind. They boast a variety of macaroni and calzone options I recommend getting the Snacker Combo so you can try one of each. Prices are quite appropriate especially for the amount and quality of food you are getting. The games set up to play when you are waiting for your food were an unexpectedly nice addition. Will be back soon!
