Blind Perch - Vermilion

We ate at this restaurant twice and both times it was excellent! The walleye chowder is wonderful-I highly recommend it. The steak is sold by the ounce it is cooked to order and delicious. We were very happy with our dining experience. Reservations are suggested easy with Open Table!

The Blind Perch is the ideal spot to stop in for a drink, appetizer, or a delicious meal! I enjoy bringing friends here and have recommended it to many visitors from out of town. The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and the decor is beautiful. I can't wait for my next visit!

Everyone in our group enjoyed their meals, but the noise level made it difficult to have a conversation. The prices are higher than usual for a gastro-pub. If I could have rated the noise level higher, I would have. This is a significant concern that changes my decision from "I will definitely return" to "I will need to carefully consider before coming back".

Excellent beer and wine selection. Atmosphere is nice. Terrific soup (walleye). Good looking excellent tasting entrees. Small but tasty dessert. Prices seem fair. Only con, had a tough time finding with my GPS., although on highway.
