A very nice atmosphere with a live music and a good playground for children... BUT that doesn't stand for the kitchen service I've ever experienced. 2 hours waiting for our food. Stop it because children can't wait so long. Please fire or train your manager and chef. You cannot assume the responsibility of managing orders. It is not accepted to take 2 hours.

Had really great pizzas. Hadn't been there for a while and decided to have one of their 'foaming' pizzas. My great dissatisfaction. The base was dough. It was black under the inside of an unclean wood stove. The base lacked tomatoes dressing and the cheese was Bland with the consistency of rubber. Dunno, how the rest of your food is, but I wasn't impressed by what I got for the price I paid.

Oh? My evaluation of the RAW food I've served is gone? I guess I'm writing a new one. So I went with a friend here, we put our orders at the bar for hamburgers, I ordered a one with bacon and my friend ordered one without, we got our food in about half an hour, which is not too bad, but then, after we started eating I noticed that my food was still raw, the manager told me it was good, but and didn't really seem to worry about the bartender finally sent me the food back and that I would mention that Service is not existent (if you are not at the bar where we were), food got me sick, manager doesn't care.

I dont even think 1 star should be given. The service was exceptionally poor ... almost an hour an half and a rare steak that should have been medium to well, sauce that was all oil and frankly looked like yesterday's leftovers. The crispy skin on the fishbein was like old leather. And then it took several requests to get the manager to our table!! Will not see our custom again...

After 20 minutes of waiting we had to go find a waiter. Ordered drinks, 20 minutes later they brought 1 drink and the rest they did not have stock of. No Coke, Fanta, milkshakes or drafts. Ordered what was available and a toasted sandwich. Waited an hour and 10 minutes and after asking for the toast, waiter came back and said they sent someone to go buy bread. Poor service and will probably not go there again. There are many other places that can provide better service.
