O-sabi Japanese Restaurant - Ventura

The evening meal for the pick up tonight. I rarely find that I can find different orders to measure comparable when fed in the device, but O-Sabis food order is not disappointed. (I didn't feel good so my bf ordered and took my usual teppan or from dateit mignon (med rare) skallops plate w/ fried reis upgrade. amazing as always independent

We visited osabi on Friday night. raised and found parking right in front. there was no waiting for sushi and we sat. we ordered a meerroten ahi thunfischsalat to start. the thunfish was a little thin and more cooked on the middle side. a little overcooked when I liked, but the salate tasted overall well and the spicy dressing was a nice compliment. we also had a spider roll made with snow scrap and was covered with crispy red swirls. it was delicious! we ordered a ventura roll made with spicy thun. much better than the spicy thunfish I had from other sushi bars here in ventura. my mother ordered a Tempoura tabletop that came with scallops, garnel and a white fish. I was told that it was also delicious. the service was attentive and friendly. I would like to thank the managern keiko and christy for inviting us back to try their sushi. we had a wonderful time and enjoyed eating. thank you christy and keiko. we are coming back in definitiw.

I think this is my new favorite sushi spot! landed here about 8 years ago, but not too much. tonight was everything we ordered, the best notch, especially the service. I'm sure it's coming back!

100% worth it best place ever. It’s my favorite restaurant. The food is delicious! You get soup and salad and your choice of food. They have so many options. They cook it right in front of you and show you tricks. I love the miso soup. When the cook is done don’t forget to tip them separately from the bill! I love trying to catch the cooked egg. Definitely one for the books!

Too expensive, pricey and the service not as good as they should be. Maybe is not because I’m not paying for luxury meal. Even tho I spent $105 for only two people. Except the raw oysters was unexpectedly good. For other dishes just be prepared for unexpected
