Mcdonald's - Ventura

The food came quick and somewhat fresh but i asked for honey mustard and received hot mustard and this aint the first time this has happened. I dont blame the dasher but rather mcdonalds because they need to read the orders i dont want hot mustard... other than food was good.

I ordered two cheeseburger meals, but they arrived cold and stale. The French fries were frozen and mushy. On the bright side, the ketchup and sweet tea were enjoyable.

I want to start by expressing my appreciation for the staff always remembering to include my dipping sauces, as it's something that can easily be overlooked. However, I'm a bit perplexed because I ordered a Big Mac without the "Big Mac Bun," which I took to mean the middle bun unique to the Big Mac. What I received was a completely bunless Big Mac. If the option had simply said "No Bun," it would have been much clearer, but specifying "Big Mac Bun" is confusing. I really wish I could have just added Mac Sauce to the QPC Deluxe, but that's alright. The food met my expectations and was well-packaged for delivery.

Some items were missing, and this appears to be happening increasingly often.

McDonald's offers decent food at reasonable prices, and the staff is adequate. The service is also satisfactory. The Woodland Hills location has a pleasant and well-maintained corporate environment, although it lacks a children's play area. I've visited this location frequently, and I'd say it ranks as the best McDonald's I've been to in 2022 so far.
