El Rey Cantina - Ventura

I like the vibe here. It's your typical bar but not as crowded. I'm here on a Tuesday so maybe it's different on the weekends. The food was pretty alright and my jack and coke was the perfect amount of strong

The atmosphere was fantastic, the service was quick, and the waitress was very friendly. It wasn't overly crowded, which was nice. The margaritas were amazing! Happy hour is definitely the best time to visit, and you have to try the churro shot—so delicious!

They offer the best Mexican candy shots and green tea shots—those are my favorites! I also really appreciate the staff.

This restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere, with ice-cold beer and delicious food. Its location is excellent, and the staff is incredibly friendly, especially Wendy. I visited on a Sunday after the Casa Pacifica Wine Festival, and it was lively and bustling. They even had a DJ, and I've never seen it this crowded before!
