Mcdonald's - Venice

The terrible service! I have a bad experience with this McDonald’s every night I get to eat after work. I ask for fresh food and my food always ends old and cold. whoever is the girl with the colored hairs is an absolutely rude and terrible employee/manager. I was looking forward to making my food fresh and telling me that the riders were just finished cooking when I felt and tasted it in front of her. they all seem to think that their job is a game. it is always giggles and laughs, unprofessional. she began to talk about me with the window that was open to the young girl in the back with the black creepy hair and my questions did not answer. customers should be treated with respect and get what they ask and pay. this place must be shut off!

The girl that took our order was not very friendly, said they don't have small fries had to ask for bags for take out. Rude lady

This location needs to close. Their hours are never accurate and I've never been where they had everything I wanted to order. And the staff is rude about it too. I'll drive out of my way to avoid this location if my family wants McDonald's

Food is fast and for the most part it's usually correct and hot.

Used the drive thru. We we had our order in 3 minutes and the order was 100% accurate. What else can you ask for???
