Taverna Da Baffo - VENEZIA

Quite tucked away but worth hunting this restaurant out. Lots of wine by the glass options and excellent food. Good for fish lovers. Mixed seafood starter was plenty for two and very delicious. We followed up with lobster spaghetti and tuna with pistachio. Portions were generous and the tuna was perfectly cooked.

Awesome spot and great service. The food was unreal pasta cooked to perfection. I would definitely Recommend this place to other when visiting Venice. Prices were also reasonable.

It took over an hour to get our antipasti. Total dinner took nearly two and a half hours with very little attention or service from the waitstaff. Food was mediocre. Waiter requested a tip at the end of the meal despite the poor service and despite the fact that tipping isn’t customary, He obviously knew we were American and was trying to take advantage. A Spanish family at a nearby table threatened not to pay their bill because of the horrible service
