Queen's Chips - VENEZIA

Good place for a quick snack I suppose. They have varieties of sauses which is a plus. I had some chicken nuggets and my husband had chips. Both were okay.

Spotted this place while walking with my daughter, chips were very ordinary and expensive for basic cut chips. Staff seemed rude and not interested.

We had enjoyed ‘Queens Chips’ in Verona so much that when we saw it in Venice we thought we must try. Were more expensive than their other store, and you had to pay for the sauce at this one. They didn’t seem to have any of the sauces which were on the menu and portions were definitely less generous. Probably should have stuck to the Italian food in this case.

This chip shop is special, they sell what are probably the best chips on the planet. Take away only in Cones with a large choice of sauces. The portion sizes are generous, the quality as high as it gets and the prices more than reasonable given the above plus location. Not typically Italian or Venetian but, Well well worth taking the time to find this little gem.

When walking along Strada Nova this dreadful looking shop selling chips as appeared since our walk down here last year. Totally out of character with the imagine of Venice
